The Pitch Pro 796 is a large mound, therefore, it must ship via LTL Freight. Due to the size and weight, all 796 orders must ship to a commercial address. Many freight companies will not ship such large items to a residential address.The portable mound will ship on a pallet. Due to the large dimensions, a liftgate can’t be used to help get the mound off the truck. Instead, you will need three adults to help get the mound safely off of the truck bed. Luckily, the shipping company will call you beforehand to schedule a day and time that you can take receipt.
