Highly recommended! In this world of disposable everything, push broom heads like this are made to last.Take a close look at push broom heads at your local home goods store. Odds are that the head is made of some high density foam in stead of a sturdier material. Foam will save weight, but as I learned, one good knock on a wall and the broom head will snap in two. This leaves you with a useless broom head, but a perfectly good threaded pole/handle.So I went on trusty Amazon to find the most durable push broom head there was and discovered this beauty. It’s made of wood, so it’ll last a good long time. Bristles are polypropylene and synthetic, so they’ll also last forever and resist water or mildew. I chose stiff, because I wanted to use this to sweep my sidewalk and concrete driveway, and it’s perfect for this application. I’d go softer if you wanted to use it on a workshop or smooth concrete surface.The threaded hole is pretty standard size and my extra broom handle screwed in fine.This will last nearly a lifetime, highly recommended!
