Drukhari (Dark Eldar) Masters of Shadow - speed, terror and brutal pleasure. The Drukhari, known to the Imperium as the Dark Eldar, are the dark and corrupt sister race of the Aeldar. They dwell deep in the shadows of the Webway in the vast city of Commorragh, where cruelty, betrayal, and eternal power struggles are the order of the day. Unlike the Craftworld Aeldar, the Drukhari do not avoid the Curse of Slaanesh, but instead fight it by constantly thirsting for the pain and souls of others. On the battlefield, the Drukhari are lightning fast and deadly accurate. Their strategy is based on quickly crippling their enemies with attacks coming from multiple directions at once. Their vehicles and units don't last long, but they move and strike before their opponents have time to react. From a gaming perspective: Playing style: Fast, aggressive and powerful. The goal is to strike first and hit hard. Strengths: Extreme speed, powerful melee and close-range fire units, versatile special rules. Challenges: Extremely fragile units. Even the slightest mistake in placement can be fatal. Suitable for the player: Anyone who wants to dominate the game with speed, surprises, and constant enemy pressure. Features on the table: Three specialized sub-factions: Kabal (firepower), Wych Cults (melee combat), and Haemonculus Covens (horrifying monsters and torture weapons). Iconic units like Raider transports, Wyches gladiators, and grotesque Talos Pain Engines. Rules like Power from Pain strengthen the army round by round. The ability to combine the strengths of different sub-factions into the same army. Painting and collecting: Known for their dark, metallic armor, sharp forms, and ornate torture devices, the Drukhari army offers plenty of opportunities to combine dark color palettes with contrasting colors, as well as painting special effects like blood and glowing poisons.
